When you book with CallHayley, we'll do everything we can to help. These terms set out what's included, what we ask of you, and how cancellations work. Nothing complicated โ just making sure we're both clear.
These terms apply when you use CallHayley's services โ whether by phone, through our website, or by booking a session. By booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, just call us on 07700 000000 before booking.
CallHayley is operated as a sole trader based in Wales, UK.
CallHayley provides technology support for individuals, primarily older adults. Our services include:
We always aim to resolve your issue in the session booked. However, some problems are complex or depend on third-party services (such as your internet provider or device manufacturer), and may take more than one session or lie outside our control.
Sessions can be booked online, by phone, or by email. Payment is due at the time of booking for one-off sessions. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are as listed on our website at the time of booking.
We accept card payment via our payment provider (Stripe). We do not accept cash for remote sessions, though we may accept cash for in-person visits โ please ask when booking.

We ask that sessions take place in a comfortable, safe environment. For in-person visits, we ask that your home or workspace is reasonably accessible.
